More Communicators Gain City Freedom

On Monday 23rd September six members of the Communicators Company received their Freedom of the City of London. The Communicators receiving their Freedoms were - Jonathan Bunn, Geet Chawla, Patrick Harrison, Richard Merrin, Steve Shepperson-Smith and Mary Whenman. They were joined by friends and family, with the Clerk Dr Ian Wingfield in attendance. The Deputy Clerk to the Chamberlain's Office at the Guildhall, Tiphain Le Bian, welcomed them all with a their certificates, a copy of the book 'Rules for the Conduct of Life' and the words 'I give you Joy'! It is a prerequisite to becoming a Worshipful Company that members must apply for the Freedom of the City in order to become Liverymen of the Company. So please sign up now.
